Named after the ravenous Northern Ontario mosquitos that joyfully feasted on the three founding bandmates during their original rehearsals, this group will have you itching to dance!

Hailing from the vibrant melting pot of Toronto, Moskitto Bar weaves together a beautiful and original mix of Ukrainian, Balkan, Iraqi Middle-Eastern, and French Celtic music. With members from around the world, these engaging performers create infectious music. Featuring accordion, violin, oud, upright bass, clarinet, and percussion – they sound like nothing else!

Mixing cultures together in their own way, Moskitto Bar have become a staple of Toronto’s thriving global music community. Come and see how they liven up the stage!
