A few words
” I proudly welcome the position as general manager, humbly wishing to continue the work of Alain Paré, this visionary that knew how to export the performing arts internationally. New challenges have been put on our way. In order to ensure the path of cultural diversity in a context of global uncertainty, we must all stay tuned for new ways of doing things and otherwise adapt to new business models in an shaken up environment in order to ensure the visibility of the artistic diversity in the world. ” – Gilles Doré.
” After a hard process, the selection committee had the difficult task of finding the person who could succeed the founder and the main manager of CINARS. The nomination of Gilles Doré as general manager of the organization was recommended to the board of directors and it was unanimously approved. We received excellent candidates but Gilles Doré stood out due to his experience in the field of performing arts and his work internationally. Mr. Doré is already part of CINARS’s DNA. On that note, my colleagues from the board of directors and myself are wishing him success on this new journey. ” – Nassib El-Husseini.
” After 38 years of managing CINARS and promoting the performing arts internationally, I am very happy and confident to pass the torch to Gilles Doré, whose investment in the performing arts community is incredible. He will face the task of proposing projects and/or developing connections with international partners. I will help Gilles Doré in this transition until next December. ”
